Subaru is an Official Contingency Sponsor of the 2009 Rally America National Championship and supporting ClubRally/Regional events. (National Championship Support Events are defined as those ClubRally/Regional events run in conjunction with a National Championship Event) |

This is an optional contingency awards program: Signing up once automatically enters your driver’s name and car number for the entire season. LATE REGISTRATIONS AT AN EVENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED |
 |
Failure to register and install required decals prior to start (Parc Expose) of an event will forfeit eligibility for an award |
 |
It is the entrant’s responsibility to register properly and neatly apply all decals |

Registration Requirements: |

Registration is REQUIRED for this Subaru Rally Contingency Program prior to applicable event day(s). You will remain on this program for the remainder of the calendar year unless you specify otherwise. LATE REGISTRATIONS AT AN EVENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED |

Location: One affixed neatly on hood, one each affixed on either side of car. |

2002 Model Year or newer Impreza-based models, 2000 Model Year or newer Legacy |
 |
All other Impreza-based and 1995-1999 Model Year Legacy models |

Class Eligibility |
 |
Rally America: Any Rally America National Championship Class |
 |
Class entry size requirement: None |
 |
Any drivers who have previously won any World Rally Championship event or National Championship series title(s) are automatically ineligible |

| 8. |
Award Information: |
 |
Each Subaru ClubRally/Regional registered competitor will be entitled to a $200 “Start Fund” at each event where said competitor enters and starts irrespective of finishing spot. Subaru reserves the right to limit Start Fund monies to 10 eligible competitors per event |
 |
Dual-entered ClubRally entries are not eligible for Rally America National Championship awards; this program is for ClubRally entries only |
 |
Eligible Subaru ClubRally/Regional registrants will only be entitled to one (1) Start Fund payment of $200 per event weekend irrespective of the number of rally events entered in the same weekend |
 |
Start Fund monies will be paid out at the conclusion of each event weekend.† Absent recipients will be mailed checks for the appropriate amounts. |
