Located in Milton, Vermont, the state of the art facility was completed in 2018 and represents the pinnacle of Lance Smith’s vision: to create one of the most modern, technologically advanced and beautiful buildings in motorsports.
The facility was constructed with environmental aspects in mind: 568 solar panels provide 60% of its energy, and construction materials were selected with an eye for sustainability sourced elements.
With 75,000 square feet of light, airy space, eight workbays on the lower level and operations, engineering & design, marketing and management offices on the main floor, the Vermont SportsCar building boasts almost everything needed to create high performance vehicles.
Lobby Hours: The lobby and retail shop are open Monday – Friday, 11am – 3:00 pm.
Facility Tours: We host tours on select Fridays at 4PM. The lobby and retail shop are open during the tour and immediately afterwards. To reserve a tour spot, please email tours@vtcar.com, or call 802-891-6801.
