Pete Meck co-founded Maple Hill Creamery, America’s first 100% grass-fed organic dairy brand. Under his leadership, the company grew into the largest milk shed of its kind, supporting 140+ farms across three states. He oversaw all operational aspects of the business, guiding it from an on-farm startup through rapid growth and into a scalable contract manufacturing model. Pete also led product development, creating over 60 unique dairy SKUs for national distribution.
In 2020, Pete turned his passion for motorsports into profession, joining Vermont SportsCar (VSC) as the LoadMaster for the Subaru RallyCross team. He later became the EV Program Manager, running VSC’s two-car effort in the Nitrocross Group E division. As Team Manager, he now oversees all non-technician operations for the programs run at Vermont SportsCar. A lifelong racer, Pete’s love for motorsports began at a young age when he raced big wheels at Flemington Speedway during summer fairs. Over the years, he gained seat time at some of the most iconic tracks in the U.S., competing in open-wheel cars such as Skip Barber cars, Formula Four, 410 sprint cars, and Formula Vee. He currently races in SCCA Formula Vee at both regional and national levels. When not racing, Pete enjoys flying hot air balloons and spending time with his partner and young daughter.
