About Conner
Professional test and rally driver Conner Martell’s race efforts are managed by Vermont SportsCar. Over the past decade, Conner has built a versatile motorsport career that now focuses on North American and international rally competition.
He first made his mark in rallycross, earning multiple victories and podiums in the Red Bull Global Rallycross Lites series and FIA World Rallycross Lites. In 2018, he dominated the ARX2 category of Americas Rallycross, securing the championship with a string of commanding performances.
In recent years, Conner has shifted his focus to stage rally, competing in the 2C Compétition Škoda Fabia RS Rally2 alongside veteran co-driver Alex Gelsomino. The pairing has proven to be one of the most exciting teams in the American Rally Association, highlighted by three consecutive Boone Forest Rally victories (2023, 2024, 2025), multiple podiums at national events including Sno*Drift, Olympus, Oregon Trail, and the Lake Superior Performance Rally.
For the 2026 season Conner is competing in the French Gravel Championship and select rounds of the WRC, pushing for victories and establishing himself as a contender for future international opportunities.

The last time I drove LSPR in a Subaru was 2024 with @vermont.sportscar previous iteration of the WRX STI. My speed, notes and overall race craft has improved so much since that race. It will be exciting to end the season driving the Subaru WRX ARA25 Open Class Car on the high speed roads that Michigan offers. I am bummed for @travispastrana still dealing with his injury and I will be doing my best to give it my all in his spirit. Can’t thank @subarumotorsportsusa enough for this opportunity. @lakesuperiorperformancerally has always been one of my favorite events to drive! 🍁

Went from hero to zero in a matter of hours at @rallyitaliasardegna . This has been far and away the most difficult rally experience of my career. At the end of the day you learn more through these hardships than successes and this will ultimately make me a better driver. Not how we wanted this event to go but that’s racing and that’s rallying. A big thank you to everyone who has supported our efforts pursuing WRC this year. Memories I will cherish for the rest of my life.
